Privacy notice
How personal data sent through this website is handled, under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

01Who is responsible
This is a preview of Elevion Group Limited's website, run by its developer, Jason Kimeu, who is the data controller for anything sent through it until the site is handed over to Elevion. Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages started from it go to Elevion directly, and Elevion handles them as controller. Questions and requests go to elevare@gmail.com.
02What the site collects, and why
Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. The site links to Elevion's phone number, email address and WhatsApp. What you send that way reaches Elevion through those services: email through Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp through WhatsApp (Meta), each under its own privacy terms. Elevion uses it to reply and to price the work you ask about.
The assistant. Your question on the Ask page, with up to three of your earlier questions (never the answers), is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the answer. Nothing you type is stored or logged by the site, so please leave personal details out of a question. To limit how many questions one visitor can ask, your IP address (for IPv6, its first half) is counted for a minute, and a pseudonymous key made from it and the date counts your questions for the day; that count is deleted just after midnight UTC.
Browsing. Cloudflare serves the site and, like any host, receives your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attack. The site keeps no logs of its own, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. For the session only, your browser keeps whether you have seen the home page animation and your scroll position on each page.
03Lawful basis
Replying to you and pricing the work you ask about are steps taken at your request before a contract.
Limiting how many questions the assistant answers rests on the site's legitimate interest in keeping it available and its costs bounded.
04Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site. Its Workers AI writes the assistant's answers.
It handles the data only to run this site.
05Transfers outside Kenya
Cloudflare may serve the site from outside Kenya, email reaches Elevion through Google's servers, and WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp's. Data held abroad is also subject to that country's laws; if you would rather avoid that, call Elevion instead.
06Your rights
You may ask to be told what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere, and you may object to its use. Write to elevare@gmail.com; requests are answered within the periods the Data Protection (General) Regulations, 2021 set.
You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner: odpc.go.ke (opens in a new tab).
