Questions

Asked before a quotation.

Can you build from my architect's drawings?

Yes. We price and build to the drawings and specification you give us, and ask you about anything unclear in them before we price.

What size of building contract can you sign?

Elevion is registered with the National Construction Authority as an NCA 7 building works contractor, which covers building contracts of up to KES 20,000,000 each. A works contract also needs a current NCA annual practising licence; the tenders page shows its status.

Who is on site while the work happens?

A supervision team is on site full time while work is in progress, and you receive a monthly progress report.
